摘　　要：在分析应用型本科院校实验技术队伍现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了加强应用型本科院校实验技术队伍建设的保障机制,这些机制包括:领导重视,科学谋划;制定政策,有效激励;加强管理,严格考核;转变观念、自我提高;合理设置,灵活用工。这些保障机制为加强应用型本科院校的实验室管理工作奠定了良好的基础。Based on the analysis of existing state and problem of the experimental technique team for application oriented universities,the security mechanisms which can enhance the construction of experimental technique team for application oriented universities are provided.These mechanisms are as follows：leadership attention,scientific planning,establishing policy,effective motivation,strengthening management,strict examination,changing idea,self improvement,reasonable setting,flexible employment,etc.This can provide better basis for the strengthening the laboratory management work for application oriented universities.
