摘　　要：目的评价自行研制的适合我国肺癌患者生命质量问卷的信效度。方法 2013年3—10月,用自行开发研制的肺癌患者生命质量问卷,调查北京市、山东省和浙江省三家公立医院328例肺癌患者的生命质量,并运用统计学方法分析内部一致性、结构效度。结果问卷整体Cronbach'sα系数值是0.827,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数值分别为身体状况0.805、心理状况0.905、活动能力0.859、社交状况0.704。分半信度计算结果是0.538。KMO检验系数为0.890,表明该问卷适合进行因子分析。公因子与问卷设计的结构假设相同,公因子为4个,结构假设是4个维度,公因子的累积方差贡献率是55.70%,大于40%。所有条目均在某一个公因子载荷值大于0.4,而在其他公因子的载荷值较低,且相同维度的条目载荷最大的公因子基本一致。结论自制的我国肺癌患者生命质量问卷具有较好的信度和效度。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the self - made life quality questionnaire which is suit-able to Chinese patients with lung cancer. Methods 328 patients with lung cancer were chosen from three public hospitals in Bei-jing,Shandong province and zhejiang province and investigated about their life quality by the self - made questionnaire and final-ly analyses were made about its internal consistency and construct validity through statistical method. Results The overall α coef-ficients of the questionnaire was 0. 827,and each dimensional coefficient were as follows：the physical condition coefficient was 0. 805,the psychological condition coefficient was 0. 905,the activity condition coefficient was 0. 859 and the social condition coefficient was 0. 704. The split - half reliability result was 0. 538. The Kaiser - Meyer - Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy was 0. 890,which indicated that the questionnaire was suitable for factor analysis. The common factors were consistent with the hy-pothesis structure：the number of common factors was 4,the same as the quantity of dimensions,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of factors was 55. 70% ,greater than 40%. The load values of all the entries in certain common factor were above 0. 4,while in the others was lower and for the entry with the same dimension,the common factor with the maXimum load value was basically identical. Conclusion The self - made questionnaire of life quality of lung cancer patients has good reliability and validity.
