摘　　要：中国内地与香港有着不同的政治、经济基础和社会背景,其医疗模式也存在差异。本文从一名内地全科医生的视角,对香港的医疗制度、全科医学发展、全科医生培养、医院管理理念和信息化建设等进行深入的分析和总结,以期为内地全科医学和社区卫生服务发展提供借鉴和启示。The politics,economic foundation and social background of Chinese mainland are quite different from those of Hong kong,so is its medical mode. This paper,from the perspective of a general practitioner（ GP）,make a deep analysis and summary on the medical system,the development of general medicine,training of GP,hospital management philosophy, information construction and so on,to provide some reference and enlightenment for the development of general medicine and community health service.
