摘  要:目的:探讨转录因子SOX9在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达,为乳腺癌的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:选取2010年1月~2013年8月在该院诊断的乳腺浸润性导管癌患者87例(观察组)和乳腺腺病患者20例(对照组),采用免疫组化法检测SOX9、HER-2、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和增殖指数Ki-67在乳腺浸润性导管癌和乳腺腺病组织中的表达,HER-2结果附加荧光原位杂交(FISH)确诊。结果:观察组患者SOX9蛋白表达明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。SOX9蛋白表达与年龄、病理分级、临床分期和腋淋巴转移无关(P〉0.05)。与基底型乳腺癌相比,其他型乳腺癌SOX9蛋白表达明显降低。结论:SOX9蛋白在乳腺癌中具有高表达率,其可能与预后不良有关,SOX9蛋白可能成为治疗乳腺癌的一个重要靶点。Objective: To explore the expression of transcription factor SOX9 in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma,provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of breast cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions levels of SOX9,HER- 2,estrogen receptor( ER),progestogen receptor( PR) and proliferation index Ki- 67 in 87 cases with breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma( observation group) and 20 cases with mammary adenosis( control group) diagnosed in the hospital from January 2010 to August 2013,HER2 results were additionally confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization( FISH). Results: SOX9 expression level in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05). There was no correlation between SOX9 expression and age,pathological grades,clinical stages and axillary lymph node metastasis( P〈0. 05). Compared with basal- like breast cancer,SOX9 expression in the other types of breast cancer decreased significantly. Conclusion: SOX9 expression is high in breast cancer,which may be related to poor clinical prognosis. SOX9 may become an important target of breast cancer treatment.
