摘　　要：飞行员是运输航空企业及通用航空企业的核心资产。通用航空的蓬勃发展对飞行员的数量有着急切的需求,但由于国内飞行员培训市场的发展相对滞后,造成通航飞行员相对短缺。从飞行培训机构运营管理的角度分析飞行培训机构的发展方向和特点,指出飞行培训机构必须完善运营体制,创新运行模式,才能为通航产业的发展源源不断地注入飞行人才。Pilot is the core asset of both transport aviation enterprises and general aviation companies. Due to the booming of the general aviation industry, pilots are in urgent need. However, the number of GA pilots is in a relative shortage as the development of the domestic pilot training market lags behind. The paper analyzed the development direction and characteristics of flight training institutions from the perspective of their operational management. It was pointed out that flight training institutions must improve the operating system and innovate the operating mode to inject a steady stream of flight personnel for the development of the GA industry.
