高校创新型科研团队建设的现状和策略研究

摘　　要：随着科技的发展,高校已成为我国科技发展的中坚力量,高校创新型科研团队的建设受到普遍的关注。为了进一步分析高校科研团队在高校中所发挥的重要作用,为我国高校科研团队的建设提出富有针对性的策略,对我国高校科研团队的建设现状作了深入地研究,总结出我国高校科研团队在战略研究目标,研究方向和成员结构方面所具有的普遍特征;分析了高校创新型科研团队在人才培养、科技创新和学科交叉等方面所起的作用,并指出在团队成员结构优化和团队精神文化建设等方面还有待改进。最后提出从明确团队方向目标、倡导团队精神、优化团队结构、充分发挥团队领导人作用和改革团队的考评机制等方面加强高校科研团队的建设。With the development of science and technology, colleges and universities have become the backbone of China＇s science and technology. Building innovative research teams has attracted universal attention. With the purpose of discovering the roles played by these research teams and offering valuable strategies for their construction, this paper made a detailed study of their present situation, summed up their features in the strategic objectives, research fields and staff structures, and analyzed the functions of the research teams in talent cultivation, technological innovation and cross-disciplines. This paper also pointed out some existing problems in the aspects of member structure optimization and team spirit construction, and then concluded that such measures as setting team goals, advocating team spirit, optimizing team structures, giving full play to the team leaders and reforming evaluation mechanism may help a lot in strengthening the university research team.
