行业特征、政府采购政策对研发强度影响机制研究——基于江西省农业产业化龙头企业的实证分析

摘　　要：基于行业特征对企业研发的影响,以探究政府采购政策对企业研发强度是否存在影响为研究目的。以江西农业产业化龙头企业为研究对象,运用二元logistic回归模型与逐步回归分析法,探讨了行业特征、政府采购政策满意度与企业研发强度间的关系。在控制相关变量后,研究结果显示行业的市场变化对研发强度有正向驱动作用;企业对政府采购政策的满意度不能显著加强研发强度,却能显著地调节行业特征与研发强度间的关系。Based on industry characteristics influence on enterprises＇ R＆D, the paper analyzed whether or not government procurement policies have impact on the enterprise R＆D intensity. From the survey of agriculture leading enterprise in Jian- gxi province,the paper investigated the R＆D intensity＇ s relationship with industry characteristics and satisfaction with gov- ernment procurement policies by binary logistic regression model and progressive regression analyses. The results show that changes in market had positive relationships with R＆D intensity after examining the effects of controlling shareholder. While satisfaction with government procurement policies of enterprise did not facilitate R＆D intensity significantly, which played a substitute role for the effect of industry characteristics on R＆D intensity.
