痰湿体质的遗传特征与研究模式探析

摘　　要：中医体质理论认为,遗传因素是决定体质形成和发展的根本原因。随着社会发展和生活水平的提高,痰湿体质逐渐成为一种较常见的体质类型,是目前研究最多、最深入的中医体质类型之一。痰湿体质的遗传学研究表明,痰湿体质在分子水平上具有代谢紊乱的总体特征,是糖尿病、冠心病、高血压病、脑卒中等多种代谢相关疾病的易感体质类型,并可能具有一定的遗传倾向。因此,痰湿体质是否是具有遗传特征的"多基因体质",存在着哪些与代谢相关的遗传易感基因,并不明确。这些问题的逐步阐明将是痰湿体质遗传学研究的发展趋势。文章提出采用遗传流行病学方法和全基因组连锁分析,构建痰湿体质"家系遗传-基因组学"整体遗传学研究模式,从宏观到微观逐步明确痰湿体质的遗传特征和遗传机制。Genetic factor is the root cause which determines the formation and development of constitution theory of TCM. With the development of society and improvement of living standards, phlegm-dampness constitution gradually becomes one kind of common constitutions type, which is studied most frequently and deeply in TCM constitution type. The genetics study of phlegm-dampness constitution suggests that it has the general characteristics of metabolic disorders at the molecular level. Phlegm-dampness constitution is one of the susceptible factors for diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke and other metabolic diseases, and has certain genetic predisposition. Thus, whether phlegm-dampness constitution has a genetic characteristics of ＇more genetic constitution＇ or not, and it is not clear that if exists some genetic susceptibility genes related to metabolism. To gradually clarify these questions will be the development trend of phlegm-dampness constitution genetics research. This paper builds ＇family genetics-genomics＇ overall genetics research model of phlegm-dampness constitution with genetic epidemiology methods and genome-wide linkage analysis. It will be gradually clear genetic characteristics and genetic mechanism of phlegm-dampness constitution from macroscopic to microcosmic.
