糖调节受损人群中医体质分型及其与sVCAM-1的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖调节受损(IGR)人群中医体质类型的分布特点及其与可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)之间的关系。方法:选取IGR人群224例,血糖正常者60名,两组均采用中医体质量表问卷资料进行中医体质辨识,测定患者sVCAM-1水平,同时对IGR各体质类型与sVCAM-1的相关性进行分析。结果:224例IGR人群中各种体质类型出现的频率由多到少依次为痰湿质>气虚质>阴虚质>血瘀质>湿热质>气郁质>平和质>阳虚质,无特禀质人群。IGR患者sVCAM-1较正常者水平增高(P<0.01),血瘀质和痰湿质IGR患者sVCAM-1水平明显高于其他体质,差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:瘀血质、痰湿质IGR人群sVCAM-1水平明显升高,提示发生心血管事件风险更高。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the distribution of TCM constitutional types and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 （sVCAM-1） in patients with impaired glucose regulation （IGR）. Methods： 224 patients with IGR and 60 patients with normal blood glucose were randomly selected. The constitutional types of two groups were distinguished by using the Chinese medical constitution questionnaires, the level of sVCAM-1 was determined, and the correlation of IGR various constitutional types and sVCAM-1 was analyzed. Results： In 224 patients with IGR, the descending order of constitutional types was： phlegm-dampness type, qi-deficiency type, yin-deficiency type, blood stasis type, dampness heat type, qi-depression type, gentleness type, yang-deficiency type, no particular type. The level of sVCAM-1 in patients with IGR was higher in patients with normal blood glucose （P〈0.01）. The level of sVCAM-1 in blood stasis type and phlegm-dampness type was higher than in other types （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The level of sVCAM-1 in patients with blood stasis type and phlegm-dampness type was significantly higher, and indicated a higher risk of the cardiovascular events.
