摘　　要：当前大学生面临着激烈的社会竞争和严峻的就业形势,使得大学生的心理健康问题越发突出。对学生进行全面的心理健康教育,不仅包括心理课程讲授,还要完善思想政治教育、拓展心理健康教育的活动形式、建立全方位的心理监测及教育体系。这样才能为国家培养身心健康的人才。At present,college students face fierce competition and severe employment situation ,which makes their mental health problems more obvious .The comprehensive mental health instruction for college students includes not only the teaching of psychological courses ,but also the perfection of ideological and political education ,the exten-sion of mental health educational activities ,and the establishment of all -around system of psychological supervision and education ,so as to cultivate the talents with sound mind and body for our country .
