摘　　要：医学专业学位研究生教育以培养高层次、应用型医学人才为目标。由于我国目前医学专业学位研究生教育尚处于探索阶段,面临诸多问题和挑战。本文从生源质量把关、导师队伍建设、课程和培养方案设置、轮转和考核方法创新、科研思维培养等方面入手,探讨分析提高部队临床医学专业研究生培养质量的方法对策。The goal of postgraduate education of clinical medicine is to train high-level, application-oriented medical professionals. Because the postgraduate education of clinical medicine in our country is still in the exploratory stage at present, there are still many problems and challenges. This article discusses feasible ways of improving the quality of training military graduate students of clinical medicine by analyzing students selection, teachers team construction, curriculum and training plan setting, department rotation and assessment innovation, scientific thinking cultivation.
