摘 要:湖南农村小学教育信息化绩效评价指标体系构建的形成经历了两个阶段:第一阶段为指标体系搭建阶段,主要通过部分市(县)教育局领导、农村小学校长的个别访谈确定指标体系中的一、二级指标和主要观测点;第二阶段为指标体系完善阶段,主要通过部分市(县)的农村小学教师集体访谈确定指标体系的合理性和可行性。经过不断修正与完善,最终形成了包括6个一级指标、18个二级指标和若干个观测点的绩效评价指标体系。本指标体系在湖南部分农村小学的教育信息化绩效考评中得到了适应性与合理性验证。The construction of informational performance evaluation index system of primary schools in Hunan rural areas experienced two phases. The first phase mainly focused on the construction of the index system. The first and second class index and main inspecting points are formed through the individual interview of the leaders of local education bureau and headmasters of primary schools. The second phase is the accomplishment period. It was achieved by the interview on the teachers to ensure the reasonability and practicability of the index system. With continuous revision and accomplishment, the index system finally consists of 6 first-class indexes, 18 second-class indexes and many main inspecting points. And the system was testified by the practice in some primary schools in Hunan rural ar-eas.
