爱尔凯因联合美多丽用于老年性白内障术前散瞳效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨爱尔凯因联合美多丽用于老年性白内障术前散瞳效果。方法将128例老年性白内障患者按入院时间分为对照组64例和观察组64例,对照组:术前1h开始使用美多丽,每隔10min滴1滴,共3次。观察组在使用美多丽散瞳前10min使用爱尔凯因滴眼1滴后,按对照组散瞳方法进行散瞳,比较两组散瞳效果。结果滴眼药水结束后不同时间点瞳孔直径及两组间瞳孔达标率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无并发症发生。结论爱尔凯因联合美多丽散瞳对提高散瞳效果有良好的促进作用。Objective To investigate the alcaine combined with Mydrin-p for senile cataract preoperative mydriatic effect. Methods 128 patients with senile cataract patients according to admission time is divided into a control group of 64 cases and observation group 64 cases, control group：preoperative 1H began using Mydrin, every 10 minutes, 1 times 1 drops, a total of 3 times. The observation group in the use of Mydrin mydriatic before 10 minutes using alcaine eye drops 1 times 1 drops after mydriasis, mydriatic method in control group, to observe the effects of two groups. Results The eye drops after the end of the pupil diameter and different time points between the two groups of pupil compliance rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）;no complications occurred in two groups. Conclusion Combined alcaine Mydrin mydriasis has good effect on improving the effects of mydriasis.
