医疗保险模式下门诊“先诊疗后付费”的实践与体会

摘　　要：常熟市第二人民医院依托本地医疗保险制度和本地参保比例高的特点,实施"先诊疗后付费"的门诊流程,充分运用了政府医疗保险机构的信用担保功能,减少了反复收费排队的环节,实现了一次挂号,多次检验与检查,诊疗结束后一次付费的优化流程。Based on local medical insurance system and the local characteristics of a high proportion of the insured,the authors＇ hospital has implemented a outpatient service of ＂ Treatment First and Payment Afterwards＂ by making full use of the government health insurance institutions＇ credit guarantee function,As a result,an optimization process is taking shape by reducing queues for repeated charges,and so the patient could register,followed by a number of tests and inspections,and pay after the end of all treatments.
