山西马铃薯产业现状与发展浅析

摘　　要：马铃薯是我国第五大粮食作物,是保障国家粮食安全的重要作物,也是重要的工业原料。研究分析了山西省马铃薯产业的发展现状,指出了山西省马铃薯产业在发展中存在的问题和主要制约因素,并针对性地提出了山西省优质马铃薯生产和产业化经营的途径与对策,从而推动山西马铃薯产业优化升级。Potatoes is one of the 5 top farm crops in China. It plays an important role in food security and is also a key industry raw material. Current potato industry situation in Shanxi was reviewed and the existing problems of industrial development and restriction factors pointed out, the development countermeasures and suggestions, so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of Shanxi potato industry put forward.
