摘 要:调查384名珠三角地区高校教师的职业压力状况,结果表明:高校教师中,感受职业压力中度以上的占78.12%;压力来源主要是科研压力、生活保障和职业声望,其次是职业发展和体制改革;60.8%的教师表示职业压力已对自己心理、生理和行为均产生一定的负面影响。因此,国际竞争、社会转型和高校改革给高校教师的压力值得关注,排行榜首的科研压力问题呼唤高校健全考核评估制度,青年教师的全方位压力需要社会和学校的人文关怀,高校教师职业压力的负面影响问题需多途径解决。This result of occupational stress status survey of 384 colleges and universities teachers in the Pearl River delta area shows that 78.12%of university teachers, feeling that their occupational stress is at the moderate degree or above;Pressure source mainly includes scientific research, living guarantee, and occupa-tional prestige, followed by the career development and system reform. 60.8%of the teachers indicate that the stress has already had certain negative effects on their psychology physiology, and behavior. The paper propos-es that stress brought by international competition, social transformation and reform of colleges and universities is worth attention;Top research pressure problem cries out for colleges to improve the assessment and evalua-tion system;Young teachers under comprehensive stress demand humanistic concern of the society and univer-sities;The negative effects of their occupational stress call for comprehensive approaches for solution.
