摘　　要：目的探讨Toll样受体-2(TLR-2)在人牙髓组织中的分布与表达。方法对10颗健康牙髓和10颗炎症牙髓分别进行免疫组化和逆转录实时荧光聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测,研究TLR-2的分布与表达。结果 TLR-2在健康人牙髓组织中表达呈阴性,在炎症牙髓组织中表达呈阳性。炎症牙髓组织中TLR-2阳性表达率显著高于健康牙髓组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组牙髓组织标本总R N A R T-PCR扩增产物电泳显示,炎症牙髓标本均在β-actin条带之上368bp位置出现条带,而健康牙髓标本未见对应条带。结论 TLR-2在炎症牙髓组织中存在弱阳性表达,提示TLR-2可能参与了人牙髓组织的炎症和免疫反应。Objective To investigate the distribution and expression of TLR2 in human pulp tissue. Methods10 cases of healthy dental pulp and 10 cases of inflammatory dental pulp were studied by immunohistochemistry and TR-PCR detection,expression and distribution of TLR2 was studied. Results The expression of TLR-2 in healthy human dental pulp tissues were negative,and weakly positive in inflammatory dental pulp. The positive expression rate of TLR-2 in inflammation pulp tissue was significantly higher than that of healthy dental pulp group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001）. Dental pulp tissue total RNA RT-PCR electrophoresis of two groups displayed that inflamed dental pulp samples appeared band at 368 bp above the position of β-actin band,and healthy dental pulp did not exhibit the corresponding band. Conclusion TLR-2 has weak positive expression in human inflammatory dental pulp tissue,which suggesting that TLR2 maybe involved in inflammation reaction and immune response.
