摘　　要：目的:总结近5年临床使用血液制品情况,为用血管理提供依据。方法:对2009年1月—2013年12月临床用血情况和科室用血结果及成分输血率进行比较。结果:全院血液制品使用总量变化不大,成分输血率在99.1%左右,科室用血量比较,以普外科用血最多。输血指证符合率为93.5%,输血不良反应率为1.1%。结论:临床用血情况已逐步走向正规化,但仍需加强血液制品的管理和使用工作。Objective：To summery some nearly five years of clinical use of blood products, provide the basis for blood collection and management. Methods：To compare the clinical blood, department blood and rate of component blood transfusion from January 2009 to December 2013 Results ：Total and partial use of blood products havent changed much,composition blood transfusion rate was 99.1%. To compare department blood, surgical department was the most. Blood transfusion indications coincidence rate was 93.5% ,the blood transfusion adverse reaction rate was 1.1%. Conclusion：Situation has gradually towards standardization of clinical blood use. But still need to strengthen the management of blood products and use of the work.
