摘　　要：在故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术研究及应用中,PHM软件开发平台的研制尤为重要。简要介绍了PHM的概念和内涵,分析了国外几种PHM软件平台的发展状况,结合国内PHM软件平台设计和开发现状,提出几点建议,以期对我国PHM技术的发展和提高发挥一定的作用。In the study and application of prognostics and health management（PHM） technology, it is particularly important for the research and design of PHM software development platform. The concept and connotation of PHM are briefly introduced, the development status of several foreign PHM software development platforms is analyzed, combining with the design and development of the current situation of domestic PHM software platform, several suggestions are presented, which expect to play a role in the development and improvement of domestic PHM technology.
