摘 要:为测定卷烟主流烟气中的氨,采用浸润了盐酸-乙醇水溶液的剑桥滤片直接捕集卷烟主流烟气中气、粒两相中的氨,建立了ISO和Health Canada两种抽吸方式下离子色谱测定卷烟主流烟气中氨的快速分析方法。结果表明:(1)省去了接装吸收阱的过程,提高了实验效率;(2)检出限为0.021μg/mL,ISO抽吸方式下组间精密度和组内精密度分别为4.25%和3.97%,Health Canada抽吸方式下组间精密度和组内精密度分别为4.68%和4.37%,NH4+的加标回收率在95.06%~97.18%之间;(3)该方法的测定结果与烟草行业标准YC/T 377-2010的测定结果无显著性差异。In order to rapidly determine ammonia in mainstream cigarette smoke, an improved method of ion chromatography was developed by trapping ammonia in gas and particulate phase using a Cambridge filter pad pretreated with ethanol-water solution of hydrochloric acid under both the ISO and Canadian intense smoking regimes. Results showed that this method eliminated the process of installation and removal of impingers so that experiment efficiency was improved. Limit of detection for ammonia was 0.021μg/mL. The method achieved excellent reproducibility with inter-assay RSD of 4.25% and 4.68%, whilst intra-assay RSD was 3.97% and 4.37% under ISO and Canadian intense smoking regime. The recovery was in the range of 95.06% - 97.18%. The test data of the same samples using the method showed no significant difference compared with those using standard method of tobacco industry YC/T 377-2010.
