摘 要:在汽车正碰试验中,在安全带高度调节器的上部导向环(D环)处,常发生安全带集中现象,这使得假人胸部伤害加重。对某款车,进行了2次台车试验:一次是安全带动作正常,另一次是D环处安全带发生集中。试验研究了D环摩擦力、肩带力、假人胸部变形量、假人胸部刚度。结果表明:安全带集中,导致了D环摩擦力增大,肩带力增加500 N;肩带力快速的上升,降低了假人胸部刚度;胸部变形量提高约20%。因此,为防止安全带集中,新的安全带结构设计时,应尽量减小D环摩擦力。In vehicle frontal impact tests, the safety belt collecting, which normally appears at the upper guide ring (D-ring) of a safety belt height adjuster, causes severe dummy chest injuries. Two sled tests were conducted for a vehicle. In one test, the belt acted normally, and in the other test, the belt had collection on the D-ring. The friction forces, the shoulder belt forces, the chest deflections, and the chest rigidity were measured in the tests, and then analyzed. The results show that the safety belt collecting enhances D-ring friction force with the shoulder force increasing by 500 N and the shoulder belt force rising quickly, which makes dummy chest rigidity decrease, with the dummy chest deflection raising about 20%. Therefore, a new safety belt structural design should reduce D-ring friction force to prevent safety belt collecting.
