摘 要:通过对两轴稳定转台的误差分析,给出了影响轴系误差的主要因素,介绍了检测各轴垂直度误差的方法,重点提出了用自准直仪和三坐标测量机两种方法检测俯仰轴对方位轴垂直度误差的检测方法。实际应用表明,两种检测方法简单易用,就系统误差而言,两种检测结果基本一致,但用三坐标测量机检测时随机误差较大,为两轴稳定转台设计和装调提供参考。The main factors impacting on shafting error are given through error analysis of two-axis stable plat-form. The methods for checking axis perpendicularity error are introduced. Two methods with autocollimator and three-coordinate measuring machine to check the perpendicularity error between pitch and azimuth axis are pointed out. Practical applications show that the two checking methods are easy in application. In terms of system error, two checking results are basically accordant, but random error is larger with three-coordinate measuring machine. The two methods can also provide references for design, assembling and debugging of two-axis stable platform.
