铜仁市私立中小型家教机构现状的研究

摘　　要：近年来我国教育部门认为课外辅导会加重学生课业负担，规定禁止课外补习活动，但实际课外辅导不但明禁不止还越来越多，而且呈现越来越多的态势，这一现象主要原因在于人们对课外补习需求的广泛存在。家教市场的存在和管理只有通过国家宏观调控，制定相关政策，规范管理，才能保证其行业健康有序的发展。笔者通过走访铜仁市私立中小型家教机构的开办者、参加私立家教中心补习的学生及铜仁市、碧江区教育局，对这些家教机构的存在状况及管理进行了调查。调查发现家教中心能帮助学生在课后补其所短，在一定程度上提升学生成绩；但同时在管理规范等方面也诸多问题。本研究在肯定家教中心存在价值的基础上，针对其管理方面的不足，提出了规范家教中心开办的相关建议。In recent years, more and more tutoring centers appear because of people＇s demands. But the market of tutoring center is lack of standardization. So we need to take some measures to manage and guarantee the healthy and orderly development of it. After investigated Tongren city＇s private small and medium-sized tutoring center, students and Bijiang District Bureau of Education, results showed that the existence of tutoring center can help the students improve their performance while it also has many problems. The research indicates that tutoring center has its own exists value and can meet the needs from the society, but it also needs a normative management from Tongren City＇s Bureau of Education.
