摘　　要："中国白酒金三角"产业链垂直专业化的治理中,产业集群内企业之间的关系主要是企业网络化组织和契约关系,包括显性契约关系和隐性契约关系。核心企业和配套企业关系的治理机制主要是一种显性契约关系,包括促进产业链稳定运行的治理机制和促进产业链高效运行的治理机制。集群内地方网络治理机制主要是一种隐性契约关系。在治理机制优化的前提下,再通过大型核心白酒酿造企业"归核化"等手段进行垂直专业化治理优化。With regard to vertical specialization management of the industrial chain of Chinese Baijiu （liquor） Golden Triangle, the relations a-mong enterprises in the industrial cluster are mainly enterprise network organization and contract relations including explicit contract relation and implicit contract relation. The management mechanism between core enterprises and supporting enterprises is mainly a kind of explicit contract relation including the governance mechanism of promoting stable and efficient operation of the industrial chain. On the other hand, local network governance mechanism within the cluster is a kind of implicit contract relation. On the premise of the optimization of management mechanism, vertical specialization management was optimized through the approaches such as refocusing strategy etc.
