摘　　要：实践教学是创新教育的基础,多元化的实践教学可有效培养大学生的创新能力。经过几年的研究与实践,中国矿业大学建立起"以树立创新教育观念为先导,以培养学生创新精神和创新能力为重点,以优化创新人才培养模式为引领,以实验教学资源为平台,以实习基地建设为依托,以大学生创新性实践和学科竞赛为载体,以改革毕业设计为突破口,以加强制度建设和质量监控体系为保障"的实践教学体系,并取得了较好的效果。Practice teaching is the basis for innovation education. Diversified practice teaching can effectively cultivate students＇ innovative ability. After several years of research and practice, CUMT has established a practice teaching system, that is with the innovative education concept, to cultivate students＇ innovation spirit and innovation ability as the key, to optimize the mode of cultivating innovative talents as the lead, with the experimental teaching resources as platform, based on the construction of practice base, with the college students＇ innovative practice and academic competitions as carrier, with the reform of graduation design as the breakthrough, to strengthen the construction and quality control system as security. Good results were achieved.
