摘　　要：本文指出了本科教学主体责任不明确存在的问题,阐述了明确本科教学主体责任、完善教学分级管理制度的措施,对学校、教务部门、二级学院、系(所)、教师以及学校相关部门在本科教学管理中的责任进行了论述。This paper pointed out the problems resulted from indetermination of responsibility of undergraduate teaching. The indetermination of responsibihty of undergraduate teaching was elaborated. Measures for improving the graded teaching management system were put forward. The responsibilities of the universities, the teaching affairs departments,colleges,departments, teachers and related departments in undergraduate teaching management were discussed.
