论高校如何实现更高质量的职业指导——以徐州医学院公共卫生学院为例

摘　　要：当前毕业生就业率是衡量高校办学质量和水平的重要指标之一。建立专业指导师资队伍、对大学生进行长期持续性的全面系统、高质量的职业指导,是提高毕业生就业率、促进高校可持续发展的需要。职业指导应做到以适应社会发展需要为原则,多角度积极转变学生就业观念,加强学生综合素质培养,实现多途径就业,同时兼顾学生个性发展、因"意"施教,并成功搭建与用人单位的桥梁,从而实现更高质量的职业指导。Currently, the employment rate of graduates is one of the important indexes measuring the quality and level of college education.To construct a professional teaching staff and constantly carry out systematical and high-quality career guidance for eonege students is the need of improving the employment rate of graduates and promoting the sustainable development of a college. Career guidance should adapt to the needs of social devel- opment, transform students＇ concepts of employment from multiple angles, enhance the cultivation of their comprehensive quality, actualize employment in various ways, guide them in accordance with their intentions, and establish a bridge with employers, so as to better actualize career guidance of higher quality.
