摘 要:为了掌握桑蚕雌蛾在7.5℃的耐冷藏性和冷藏后的交配产卵效果,以贵蚕一号、两广二号、洞庭×碧波原蚕为试验材料,进行不同时间冷藏后的交配产卵试验。结果表明,在温度7.5℃和相对湿度75%条件下冷藏,桑蚕雌蛾的耐冷藏性因品种不同有差异,从交配能力看,参试的6个原蚕品种的交配能力排序为827>826>芙·9>洞庭>湘·7>碧波。产卵效果因品种和时间不同也有差异,在7.5℃、相对湿度75%条件下,827、826原蚕雌蛾均以冷藏72 h以内为最佳,芙·9原蚕雌蛾、洞庭原蚕雌蛾冷藏72 h以内适用,湘·7原蚕雌蛾和碧波原蚕雌蛾冷藏48 h以内可行。To investigate the cold storability of female silkworm moth at 7.5 ℃ and the spawn effect after refrigeration,the copulation and spawn experiment of 6 species female silkworm moth of Gui can NO.1,Liang Guang NO.2,Dongting×Bi bo were carried out after refrigerated with different time.The results showed that the cold storability of the 6 species femal silkworm moth were different under 7.5 ℃ with relative humidity of 75%.The copulation ability of the 6 species female silkworm moth was in order of 827,826,Fu·9,Dong ting,Xiang·7 and Bi bo.The spawn effects were different with species and refrigeration time.The best refrigeration time for 827 and 826 silkworm moth was within 72 h under 7.5 ℃ with the relative humidity of 75%,while that for Xiang 7 and Bi bo silkworm moth were within 48 h.For Fu·9 and Dongting silkworm moths,refrigerated within 72 h were suitable.
