摘  要:采用超声波辅助法提取齿果酸模(Rumex dentatus L.)叶片中的总黄酮,同时研究其总黄酮的抗氧化性。以总黄酮得率为指标,以液料比、提取时间、提取温度为考察因素,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法对齿果酸模总黄酮超声波辅助提取工艺进行优化,过聚酰胺柱后对其清除DPPH自由基进行了分析。结果表明,齿果酸模叶片中总黄酮超声波辅助提取最佳工艺条件为:液料比18∶1((mL∶g)、提取时间35 min、提取温度80℃,在此条件下提取2次,实际测得的总黄酮得率为6.91%,模型预测值为7.01%,证明该模型得出的齿果酸模总黄酮提取的参数是可行的,所提取的总黄酮对DPPH自由基有一定的清除能力,过柱纯化后的总黄酮清除效果更好。Ultrasonic assisted method was used to extract the flavonoids from the Rumex dentatus L.leaves and the antioxidant capacity of the flavonoids was studied.The factors affeating the extraction of flavonoids including the ratio of liquid to material,extraction time and temperature were investigated through the yield of flavonoids from Rumex dentatus L.Based on the results of single-factors test,the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction of flavonoids from Rumex dentatus.The antioxidant activities were evaluated by scavenging capability of DPPH free radicals.The results showed that the optimal conditions were the ratio of liquid to material of 18∶1 (mL/g),extraction time of 35 min,extraction temperature of 80 ℃.Under these conditions,the yield of flavonoids reached 6.91% while the predictive yield of the model was 7.01%.The flavonoids of Rumex dentatus L.had certain antioxidant activities.The effect was better after further of purification.
