摘  要:为了研究甘蔗(Saccharum officinarum Linn.)皮拉断应力的影响因素,以青皮甘蔗为试验对象,利用WD-200B型微机控制电子万能试验机进行甘蔗皮拉断正交试验,选取加载速度、含水率、加载部位为影响因素,以拉断应力为评价指标。结果表明,同一部位随着加载速度从10 mm/min增大到250 mm/min,甘蔗皮的拉断应力从31.95 MPa增大到44.89 MPa;加载速度50 mm/min时甘蔗皮的拉断应力从根部、中部、尾部呈现逐渐减小的趋势;随着含水率从45.71%减小到7.81%,甘蔗皮拉断应力先由从23.00 MPa减小到16.41 MPa,然后再增大到28.86 MPa;各因素对甘蔗皮拉断应力的影响主次关系为含水率、加载部位、加载速度。在加载速度为50 mm/min,含水率为20.10%,加载部位为尾部时,拉断应力最小。In order to determine factors affecting tensile stress of sugarcane rind,green sugarcane rind was used as sample.Loading speed,moisture,loading parts of the samples were used as factors.Tensile stress was used as evaluation indexes.WD-200B microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine was used to perform the experiment.The results showed that under the same parts tensile stress of sugarcane rind increased from 31.95 MPa to 44.89 MPa with the increase of velocity from 10 mm/min to 250 mm/min.Under the constant speed of 50 mm/min,tensile stress decreased along the roots,middle,tail.Within a moisture content ranged from 45.71% to 7.81%,tensile stress decreased from 23.00 MPa to 16.41 MPa first and then increased to 28.86 MPa.Major factors affecting the tensile stress were in order of moisture content>loading parts>loading speed,When the tool point the loading rate was 50 mm/min and the moisture content was 20.10%,loading part was the tail,tensile stress was minimum.
