摘 要:通过研究香樟、核桃楸、木荷和鹅掌楸4种珍贵阔叶树种木材的机械加工性能,为其人工林木材的高附加值利用提供科学依据。分别测试4种人工林木材的刨削、砂削、铣削、钻削、车削和榫加工等机械加工性能。结果表明:香樟、木荷和鹅掌楸的综合机械加工性能优于核桃楸;在刨削加工过程中,随着刨削深度和进料速度的增大,刨削质量下降;进料速度对刨削加工性能的影响大于刨削深度。To determine wood machining properties of valuable hardwood species for high value- added utilization of solid wood products, planning, sanding, shaping, boring, turning and mortising of Cinnamomum camphora, Juglans mandshurica, Schima superba and Liriodendron chinense from foreat plantations in China were evaluated respectively, according to Chinese forestry industrial standard LY/T 2054-2012. The results showed that the comprehensive machining properties of Cinnamornum camphora , Schima superba and Liriodendron chinense were better than that of Juglans mandshurica. Furthermore, wood planning quality of the four selected species decreased as the increase of cutting depth and feed rate. The influence of feed rate on planning quality was greater than that of cutting depth.
