康复新液辅助治疗胃溃疡临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合传统常规三联法辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法入选Hp阳性胃溃疡患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林的常规三联杀Hp疗法;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用康复新液10ml,3次/d口服治疗,两组疗程均为14天,观察两组腹痛缓解、溃疡愈合及Hp根除情况。结果治疗组腹痛缓解有效率,溃疡面愈合率及Hp根除率均较对照组明显改善,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和阿莫西林常规三联法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡能快速缓解腹痛、促进溃疡面的愈合及快速根除Hp感染。Objective To observe Kangfuxinye used to adjuvant therapy for gastric ulcer which showed positive helicobacter pylori （Hp） combined with traditional routine trigeminy method. Methods 60 cases of patients of positive gastric ulcer were collected and randomly divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）. Control group was administrated traditional routine trigeminy method including Omeprazole, Arnoxicillin and Clarithromycin. Treatment group was administrated Kangfuxinye （10 ml, three times a day, oral） on this basis continued with fourteen days for course of treatment. The indicators including abdominal pain remission degree, quality of ulcer healing and Hp eradication situation were observed. Results The indicators including abdominal pain remission degree, quality of ulcer healing and Hp eradication situation in treatment group were more improved significantly than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Kangfuxinye is used to adjuvant therapy for gastric ulcer which showed positive helieohacter pylori （lip） combined with traditional routine trigeminy method including Omeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin could relieve abdominal pain rapidly, promoting healing of ulcer surface and rapid eradicate Hp infection.
