摘  要:采用组织分离法,从萝卜根部中分离到的菌株YN201309.经形态,生理生化及16S rRNA基因序列鉴定为产酸克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella oxytoca).平板试验表明,该菌株具有固氮功能;盆栽试验和田间试验结果表明,产酸克雷伯氏菌YN201309能明显促进白菜、油菜和玉米的生长.盆栽试验40 d后,浸种处理的白菜平均株高提高19.61%~33.00%,浇灌处理的玉米平均株高提高12.07%~20.74%.田间试验60 d后,以浓度108CFU/mL拌种油菜的株高增加了14.41%,根长增加了7.28%,以浓度108CFU/mL浇灌油菜的株高增加了8.34%,根长增加了4.28%.From tissue isolation, we obtained an endophytic bacterial strain YN201309 from radish root and identified it as K/ebsfe//a oxytoca based on its morphology, biochemical reactions and 16S rRNA gene sequence. The strain could fix nitrogen on the medium. The result showed that YN201309 with l0s CFU/mL could significantly promote the gnnvth of Chinese cabbage, canola and com. In the green house experiment, in 40 days after soaking seeds with YN201309, compared to the control, plant height of Chinese cabbage increased 19.61% to 33.00 % ; after drenching the seedlings, the plant height of corn increased by 12.07 % to 20.74 %. In the field experiment, in 60 days after coating seeds and drenching seedlings, the plant height and root length of canola increased by14.41% and 7.28 %, 8.34 % and 4. 28 %, respectively.
