摘  要:目的了解新时期护士执业压力情况,针对压力源分析制定相应对策。方法选用国内护士执业压力源量表,对本院执业满1年以上251名护士进行调查,统计分析本院近3年护士离职数据。结果护士执业压力源测评总分为(133.89±1.29)分,执业环境及资源是首位压力因素;2011年至2013年本院离职护士53人,执业压力大、执业环境差是离职的主要原因。结论新时期护士执业压力处于中上水平,护理管理者要重视护士执业压力,采取多种措施,提高护士对执业压力的应对能力。Objective To study nurses' stress condition in new period and find out corresponding measures.Method In vestigate 251 nurses practicing longer than 1 year in this hospital by Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire.Summarize and analyze nurses' demission data in 3 years.Result Total score of nurses' job stress is (133.89+ 1.29).Work environ ment and sources are the main stress factors.53 nurses quitted from their job during 2011 to 2013.Great job stress and poor environment are the main causes of demission.Conclusion Nurses' job stress is in middle and upper level in new period.Managements should pay attention to stressors and take multiple measures to mprove their coping ability.
