摘　　要：针对船用柴油机的运行起动操作训练,介绍了基于LabVIEW与PLC实现的船舶主机遥控起动的系统结构及其功能特点.在模拟器上通过LabVIEW与PLC之间的数据通信,实现船舶柴油机的起动操纵多种逻辑控制的模拟,建立了船舶柴油机虚拟起动仿真平台,并利用LabVIEW SQL Toolkit的数据通信,使用内置数据采集卡的计算机和LabVIEW编程语言建立了一套基于SQL数据库的船舶监控报警系统.该系统可给出船舶柴油机在起动操纵时参数的物力变化仪表显示量,以及操纵过程中视景变化的效果.For running start operation training of marine diesel engines,the structure and features of the ship main engine based on LabVIEW and PLC to achieve remote start is introduced. The simulation of a variety of ma-rine diesel engine manipulates and start logic control is carried out by data communication between LabVIEW and PLC in the simulator. The virtual starting platform of marine diesel engine is established. By using the communi-cations Toolkit of LabVIEW SQL data,a monitoring alarm system is developed by using LabVIEW programming language in the data acquisition card built-in computer. When the marine diesel engine starts,parameter changes in the instrument and visual effects in process of manipulation can be displayed.
