乌司他丁对NSCLC患者放疗后血清中细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察乌司他丁对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者放疗后血清中TGF-β1、IL-6和TNF-α水平变化变化情况。方法 120名NSCLC患者随机双盲分入实验组和对照组,实验组在放疗开始前3天及放疗中前7天接受乌司他丁治疗,同时对照组患者使用安慰剂治疗。在放疗开始前,放疗后第4、8、16、24周时检测患者血清中TGF-β1、IL-6和TNF-α水平。结果放疗后实验组患者血清中TGF-β1、IL-6和TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,特别是在前4周。结论乌司他丁能有效降低NSCLC患者放疗后血清中TGF-β1、IL-6和TNF-α水平。Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin on TGF-β1,IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with NSCLC after radiation therapy. Methods 120 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with ulinastatin for 3 days prior to and for the first 7 days of radiotherapy,and the control group was treated with placebo for 10 days. TGF-β1,IL-6,and TNF-α levels were measured at baseline,4w,8w,16 w,and 24 w. Results The expression of TGF-β1,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the trial group decreased significantly compared to the control group,especially up to 4 weeks after radiation therapy. Conclusion Ulinastatin can significantly decrease the levels of TGF-β1,IL-6,and TNF-α in NSCLC patients treated with radiotherapy.
