摘　　要：目的:观察鼻内镜下三种不同方法治疗慢性泪囊炎所需的手术时间、出血量及效果。方法:98例慢性泪囊炎分为三组,A组28例(31眼)在鼻内镜下应用膨胀海绵行鼻腔泪囊吻合造口术(置管),B组33例(35眼)鼻内镜下应用银夹、膨胀海绵行鼻腔泪囊造口术(不置管),C组37例(40眼)在鼻内镜下联合应用眼光导纤维、电刀、丝裂霉素C(mitomycin C,MMC)、耳脑胶及明胶海绵行鼻腔泪囊造口术(不置管),三组所需的手术时间、出血量及疗效进行对比分析。结果:平均手术时间、平均出血量及有效率(6个月、12个月)分别是A组、B组、C组。结论:鼻内镜下联合应用内光导纤维引导,电刀、丝裂霉素c和耳脑胶及明胶海绵行鼻腔泪囊造口术,能减少手术时间,出血少,疗效好、复发率低,是一种操作简单、安全可靠、经济、快速、实用、疗效好的方法。Objective：Observation three different methods to treat chronic dacryocystitis operative time, the amount of blood loss and effect under nasal endoscopy. Methods：98 cases of chronic dacryocystitis patients divided into three groups, A group of 28 patients（31 eyes） been done dacryocystorhinostomies ,anastomosis from nasal to lacrimal sac application expansion sponge under nasal endoscopy （placed expansion pipe）. Group B in 33 patients（35 eyes） been done dacryocystorhinostomies application silver clip,expansion sponge under the nasal endoscopy（not placed expansion pipe）. Group C 37 cases（40 eyes） been done dacryocystorhinostomies from combined application the Optical fiber of the eye, the electric knife, mitomycin C, crack glue of ear brain and gelatin sponge under the nasal endoscopy （not placed expansion pipe） Three groups of required operative time, blood loss and curative effect are compared and analyzed. Results：Average operation time, average blood loss and efficient（6 months, 12 months） respectively is：A group;Group B;Group C. Conclusion： done dacryocystorhinostomies from combined application the Optical fiber of the eye, the electric knife, mitomycin C, crack glue of ear brain and gelatin sponge under the nasal endoscopy ,Can reduce the time of the operation, less bleeding, has good curative e ffect, the recurrence rate is low. Is a kind of simple operation, safe and reliable, economic, quick, practical, curative effect good method.
