摘  要:目的:了解我院门诊不合理处方情况,探索提高门诊处方质量的方法,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2011年和2012年1~12月门诊处方,记录相关信息。根据卫生部《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》对处方书写及用药合理性进行分析。结果:2011年12670张处方中,不合理处方占13.71%;2012年13740张处方中,不合理处方占7.32%。结论:通过适当及时的干预,门诊不合理处方明显减少,门诊处方质量显著提高,但不合理处方仍存在,应加以改进,提高合理用药水平。Objective: In order to know the condition of unreasonable prescription in our hospital, and improve the quality of outpatient prescription, as well as let the pharmacy be used reasonably. Method s: To screen out the outpatient prescription between 2011 and 2012 at random ,which help to record the related informations . According to the ((Methods of the Pharmacy Management))by the hygiene department and the ((Comments on the management of hospital prescription specification(Trial))), there goes analysis of prescription and reasonable pharmacy. As a Results : during 12670 pieces of prescription in 2011, the unreasonable prescription reached to 13.71%. Besides ,there was 7.32% between 13740 in 2012. Conclusions: Through the timely and exactly intervention, the unreasonable prescription fall down obviously , meanwhile, the quality of the pharmacy be improved greatly. However, their still exit the improper prescription , which we should make effort to improve and let the pharmacy be promoted.
