摘 要:机组总供气量的降低使注气压力低于最小注气压力,井的间喷易引起压力和流速振荡,或使设备疲劳、系统总产量降低。为此,基于单井动态曲线拟合,确定单井注气速度处于的限制条件。以总产量为目标函数,通过MiniVar方法改进轮盘赌,加快遗传算法的收敛速度。应用改进的遗传算法对某油井配气方案进行优化分析,得到最优配气方案下的产油量和注气量。实例表明:基于改进遗传算法的气举优化配气计算收敛速度快,设计产油量和实际产油量基本一致;改进后的遗传算法虽然无法找到全局最优解,但能找到可以接受的全局次优解。Due to the reduction of the total gas supply amount, injection pressure of some wells is lower than theirminimum injection pressure. Heading of some wells brings pressure and fluid rate oscillations, or fatigue equipmentor reducing the total production. In response to this situation, based on fitting the single well dynamic curve, it isvery important to determine single - well injection rate inside an operational envelope and the restriction of compres-sor capacity constraint. By MiniVar method replacing the roulette wheel method of individual selection, it takes thetotal output as the objective function in order to accelerate convergence speed of the genetic algorithm. Through theimproved genetic algorithm, the gas distribution plan is optimized in order to get the oil production and gas injec-tion. Examples show that design output and actual output of gas - lift wells are almost the same. Algorithm can notfind the global optimal solution, it can find an acceptable global suboptimal solution.
