玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质黏结剂在口腔正畸中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的：对比和分析玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质黏结剂在口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法选取本院2009年1月~2013年1月收治的60例口腔正畸患者为研究对象，抽签将其分为两组，各30例，均利用方丝弓矫治器行矫正治疗，对照组选用材料为牙釉质黏结剂，观察组采用玻璃离子水门汀处理，治疗后随访1年，比较两组的治疗效果、矫正满意度及并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%，对照组总有效率为70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组矫正总满意度为96.67%，对照组矫正总满意度为83.33%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的托槽脱落、脱矿发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论相比牙釉质黏结剂，玻璃离子水门汀具有黏结效果良好、托槽脱落及脱矿发生率低、安全等优点，值得推广应用。Objective To compare and analyze application effect of glass ionomer cement and enamel bonding agent in orthodontics. Methods 60 patients with orthodontics admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were selected as research objects and assigned to two groups by drawing lots with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received orthodontics treatment by the edgewise appliance.The control group was given enamel bonding agent while the observation group was given glass ionomer cement.The therapeutic effect,correction satisfaction rate and com-plication was compared respectively between two groups after follow-up for 1 year. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.00% and total effective rate in control group was 70.00%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Correction satisfaction rate in observation group was 96.67% and correction satisfaction rate in control group was 83.33%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of brackets off,demineralization in two groups was com-pared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with enamel bonding agent,glass ionomer cement has the advantages of better bonding effect,lower bracket detachment rate and demineralization rate and better safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
