艾迪注射液在中晚期肺癌患者中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨艾迪注射液在中晚期肺癌患者中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2011年3月~2014年3月本院收治的中晚期肺癌患者71例，随机分为两组，其中观察组36例，应用艾迪注射液联合DP方案（顺铂、多西他赛），对照组35例，仅选用DP方案进行化疗，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况与治疗后生活质量的变化。结果观察组完全缓解2例（5.6%），部分缓解12例（33.3%），稳定17例（47.2%），进展5例（13.9%）；对照组完全缓解2例（5.7%），部分缓解13例（37.1%），稳定14例（40.0%），进展6例（17.1%），两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论艾迪注射液在中晚期肺癌患者中的应用价值较高，毒副作用小，能够较大幅度提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the application value and influence on quality of life of Aidi injection in middle-late stage lung cancer patients. Methods 71 patients with middle-late stage lung cancer treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,observation group in 36 cases were given Aidi injection combined with DP regimen （cisplatin,docetaxel） treatment,35 patients control group in 35 cases were only used DP regimen chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,changes in the quality of life after treat-ment of the patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Complete remission in 2 cases （5.6%）,par-tial remission in 12 cases （33.3%）,stable in 17 cases （47.2%） and progress in 5 cases （13.9%） in the observation group, complete remission in 2 cases （5.7%）,partial remission in 13 cases （37.1%）,stable in 14 cases （40.0%） and progress in 6 cases （17.1%） in the control group,the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.The quality of life improved after treatment in observation group patients was better than that of control group,the differ-ences between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The value of Aidi injection in advanced lung cancer is high,side effects of small,it can greatly improve the life quality of patients,is worth popularizing in clini-cal.
