氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术治疗难治性实体瘤的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术对难治性实体瘤进行治疗的护理方法和对临床疗效的影响。方法选取本院2010年2月~2013年9月收治的84例难治性实体瘤患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各42例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取针对性护理干预，分析两组患者的术后并发症情况、患者满意度。结果观察组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组的满意率（92.8%）明显高于对照组（69.0%）（P〈0.05）。结论行氩氦刀靶向冷冻消融术对难治性实体瘤进行治疗后，采取针对性护理干预措施是减少患者术后并发症，改善护患关系，减少护患纠纷发生的关键，且有利于患者的远期预后，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the nursing methods and its impact on the clinical efficacy of targeted argon-heli-um cryoablation operation for the treatment of refractory solid tumors. Methods 84 patients with refractory solid tumors in our hospital from February 2010 and September 2013 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and there were 42 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine care,the observation group received targeted nursing intervention,the postoperative complications and pa-tient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results Incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was s ignificantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;the satisfaction rate of the observation group （92.8%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （69.0%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the course of targeted argon-he-lium cryoablation operation for the treatment of refractory solid tumors,implementation of targeted nursing interventions can reduce postoperative complications and improve the nurse-patient relationship,it is the key to reducing disputes between nurses and patients,and is conducive to long-term prognosis,it is worthy of clinical promotion in application.
