高等教育教学质量与高考入学成绩相关性分析及应对策略——以无机化学(专业)学习为例

摘  要:大学一年级学生的学习成绩在一定程度上会受到高中学习程度的影响。作为大学生活的第一个学期,学生学习成绩的好坏及对大学生活的适应程度将决定学生在整个大学期间的学习质量和学习幸福度。由于学生刚进入大学时,师生之间的相互了解程度不够,授、学针对性不足,会造成教学效果欠佳,而高考成绩是老师了解学生的第一手和最直接的资料,因此深入分析大学一年级学生学习成绩与高考成绩之间的相关性,对于后续大学教育教学改革和高质量人才培养具有指导性意义。在本文中,以石河子大学化学化工学院2012级部分专业和班级学生大学一年级的无机化学学习情况为例进行分析,得到无机化学期末考试成绩得分率与高考总成绩和高考理总成绩得分率之间的相关性。分析结果表明,不同专业之间无机化学期末考试成绩得分率与高考总成绩和高考理总成绩相关性系数有所差异,同一专业相关性系数变化趋势一致,说明针对不同专业,我们需从不同角度分析学生学习走势,并提出针对性的培养方案。To some extent,the academic performance of freshman are easy affected by the high school level.In the first semester of college life,the academic record and the adaptedness to college life will determine the study quality and study happiness of student during the whole university. For the freshman,because of the lack of mutual understanding between teachers and students enough and the lack of pertinence between teaching and studying,it can lead to poor teaching effect.Because the university entrance exam is the most direct materail for teachers to understand students,so it has guiding significance for the subsequent college education reform and high quality talent training by further analysis the correlation between the academic record and the university entrance exam of freshman.In this paper, the inorganic chemistry learning is taken as an example.The correlation between the exam resuts of inorganic chemistry and the university science entrance exam shows that the variation trend of correlation coefficients is different for different professional classes,and consistent for the same professional classes. This means that we can put forward different targeted training scheme for different professional students.
