摘  要:广东的工会直选受到社会的广泛关注,并被认为是中国工会的改革方向。其背后既有工人运动自下而上的推动力量,也有社会建设自上而下的建构要求,同时也是广东产业转型的政策结果。虽然工会直选的广东实践在部分企业取得了成功,尤其在集体协商和工会干部作风方面有了焕然一新的面目,但工会直选的进一步制度化依然面临诸多障碍,诸如资本的强势、工人本身的成熟度、地方政府的思维方式以及上级工会态度等,这些障碍阻碍了工会直选进一步的发展和完善。Direct election of the trade union in Guangdong has attracted wide coverage and has been taken as showing the direction of overall trade union reform in China. It is a joint result of the bottom-up driving force of the labor campaign,the architectural need for up-bottom construction of society,and Guangdong's proactive policy for industrial transformation. Direct election of the trade union in Guangdong has brough about remarkable changes in a few enterprises,especially in terms of collective deliberation and the working style of the trade unionists. However,further institutionalization of directly elected trade union has met with many obstacles,including notably the strong power of the capital,the immaturity of workers' mentality,the way of thinking of the local government,and the attitude of higher-level trade unions.
