摘　　要：法学实践教学改革必须根据法学本科教育的培养目标和教育教学规律,确定法学本科实践教学体系的构建原则,在正确原则的指导下设计出科学、合理的法学本科实践教学体系,切实提高学生的法律实践能力。The practice of teaching reform law must be based on the training objectives and teaching law education law undergraduate education, law practice to determine the construction principle of undergraduate teaching system, under the guidance of the principle of the right to design a scientific and rational system of undergraduate teaching practice of law, and effectively improve student legal practice skills.
