摘  要:目的研究不同溶剂和温度下决明子中对照品红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷与异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷相互转化,并对转化产物进行分析鉴定。方法将红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷和异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷分别置于不同溶剂、不同温度下处理,采用HPLC测定转化产物的含量,计算转化产物的增加率,并利用HPLC-DAD、LC-ESI/MS、NMR对转化产物进行分析。结果在水和氨水溶液中,于一定温度下红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷与异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷能相互转化;在酸性水溶液中,不能转化。溶剂和温度是影响转化和两者稳定性的重要因素。结论在国内外,首次发现红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷和异红镰霉素龙胆二糖苷能相互转化。OBJECTIVE To study the interconversion of rubrofusarin gentiobioside and isorubrofusarin gentiobioside in Cassiae Semen in different solvents at different temperatures, and identify the structures of the transformation products. METHODS Rubro- fusarin gentiobioside and isorubrofusarin gentiobioside were processed in different solvents at different temperatures respectively. The contents of transformation products were determined by HPLC and the increment rate of were calculated. Then HPLC-DAD, LC-ESI/ MS and NMR were performed to identify the structures of the transformation products. RESULTS Rubrofusarin gentiobioside and isorubrofusarin gentiobioside could convert in water and ammonia at a certain temperature, but the reaction could not happen in acid solvent. On the other hand, solvent and temperature could affect the stability of the two compounds. CONCLUSION This is the first report at home and abroad of the phenomenon that a linear naphthopyrone D-gentiobioside of RG and a non-linear naphthopyrone D-gen- tiobioside of IsoRG could interconvert.
