摘　　要：考核是装备教学过程的重要有机组成部分,本文分析了新形势下毕业学员的岗位任职需求以及两种考核手段的不足之处,提出了基于岗位任职需求的综合实践考核手段,并结合《轮式装甲车辆构造与维修》授课过程进行了实际应用,取得了较好的效果。The appraisal is the important organic component of the equipment teaching process. This paper analyzes the position requirements of graduate students and the defects of two kinds of evaluation methods under the new situation, puts forward the comprehensive practice and examination means based on the position requirements, and applies the means into practice combined with the teaching process of wheeled armored vehicle structure and repair, which achieves good results.
