摘　　要：由于学校和企业各自体制、观念和收益分配制度的不同,高职院校和企业在合作过程中产生了许多问题。本文以高职软件外包服务专业为例,从学校、企业、政府三个层面的问题展开讨论,并从校企合作机制构建、社会价值观引导和第三方中介引入这三个方面提出了有益对策。Many problems arose in the process of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, for the differences of each operation system, concept and income distribution system. Three aspects of the problem： colleges, enterprises and government were discussed in this paper, and taking the specialty of software outsourcing service in higher vocational colleges as an example, the useful countermeasures were finally proposed concerning construction of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, guidance of the social values and introduction of the third party intermediary.
