摘　　要：麻叶荨麻分布广泛,营养丰富,具有药用、食用、饲料用等多种应用价值。本文对国内外有关麻叶荨麻营养成分、加工调制技术及其在畜禽生产中的应用等方面的研究进行概述。Hempleaf nettle （Urtica cannabina L.） is widely distributed and has rich nutrients.It has medicine,edible, forage and other applications value.Recent domestic and overseas research progresses in nutrient content,processing technol-ogy of Urtica cannabina L.,and its application in animal production were reviewed in this paper.
