摘  要:针对以往的矿井通风现场实验所遇到的问题,即在地下挖掘巷道或者在地面砌筑巷道,要花费大量的时间和人工,既费时又费力,还会受到仪器精度的影响,难以达到预期的实验效果.采用PVC管按照一定比例组装小体积矿井控制模型模拟的方法,虽然与原有的通风系统模型原理相似,但是采用Visual Basic程序编写上位机程序软件,利用了精密的风速传感器、压差传感器和风门执行器进行了矿井通风的模拟实验,模拟实验的结果表明实验更加精确,更容易调节.该实验系统具有低成本、小体积、直观、操作简易、功能全面等特点.Mine ventilation field experiments require lots of time and labour for excavating tunnels underground or building tunnels on the ground, based on the mine ventilation field experiment problems in the past, that is time-consuming and laborious, and it is also affected by the precisions of the instruments. So it is difficult to achieve the expected exper/mental results. According to a certain proportion using PVC pipe to assemble small mine control model, although the principle of the ventilation system model is similar to the original ones, this experiment uses Visual Basic procedures to develop software for host computer, which makes the experiment more accurate and easier to be controlled by using precision wind speed sensors, differential pressure sensors and wind door actuators. The experiment system has the advantages of low cost, small size, intuitive, simple operation and comprehensive functions.
